Well-known Dominican businessman Mally Peltier has died.
Peltier was the proprietor of Mally’s Taxi, a long-running, reliable taxi service, popular for airport runs.
In later years Peltier ran the business, from its Cork Street Roseau location, with his two sons, Marvin and Derwin. He was also the father of calypsonian, the Intruder.
Peltier was from Loubiere.
