Dominica’s Met Office says lingering moisture and instability associated with the passage of a tropical wave are expected to continue to produce cloudiness with scattered showers and a chance of isolated thunderstorms across parts of the island chain during the next 24 hours.
According to the weather advisory a relative short-lived improvement is expected before the approach of another tropical wave by Wednesday night generating shower and thunderstorm activity into Thursday.
People in areas prone to landslides and falling rocks are cautioned to exercise caution during tonight.
