We are day two into the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season and expectations are high for an above normal season.
Despite the official June 1 start date there have already been two named storms.
The higher than average number of storms predicted can be attributed to several factors including warmer ocean temperatures and weak La Niña conditions.
