Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Central Constituency Joseph Issac has called on citizens to utilize their talents in rebuilding Dominica.
He said that in order to rebuild a stronger Dominica all resources a required in this effort.
Issac was speaking at the Girl Guide Association of Dominica Annual General Meeting at the Convent High School on Saturday.
