The first LIAT flight since suspension of service due to COVID-19, has arrived in Dominica
The first LIAT flight since the airline suspended its services, arrived in Dominica on Sunday, landing at the Douglas Charles Airport.
The flight which arrived at 4:45 pm, was met by tourism officials including the Tourism Minister, Denise Charles.
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit said Sunday, Dominica would support the reorganization of the airline with a cash injection.
Tourism Minister Denise Charles told a reception ceremony at the Douglas Charles Airport, Dominica welcomes the new opportunity to work with Antigua to keep LIAT in the skies.
