St. Martin Primary School Student Tops 2019 Grade Six National Assessment

A student of the St. Martin’s Primary School, Keara Gardier, has topped the 2019 Grade Six National Assessment.

The announcement was made on Thursday during the official release of the results at a press conference.

The student says she feels honored to be the top student at this year’s Grade 6 National Assessments.

Principal of the St. Martin Primary School, Brinette Moreau says she’s happy for the accomplishments of her students as the school is once again in the top 5 on the island.

Other top students are; Shantay Avril from the Ebenezer Primary School, Khobie Darroux from the Convent Preparatory, Jamal Peter, also from the Convent Preparatory, and Jenay Lawarence, another student from the St. Martin Primary School.

Meantime, the top performing schools were also announced on Thursday.

The announcement was made by the Minister for Education and Human and Resource Development, Hon. Petter Saint-Jean.

The five top performing schools on the island were: Pioneer Preparatory School, Lighthouse Christian Academy, Christian Union Primary School, Convent Preparatory School, and Delices Primary School.
