Police have reportedly apprehended St. Lucian national, Casey Joseph, who was wanted for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend and her sister in Grand fond on Easter Sunday.
23 year old Tricia Valentine and her 17 year old sister Jolisa Dublin were stabbed multiple times and are reportedly in stable condition at the Dominica China Friendship Hospital.
