32 families are now the owners of spanking new housing units at Hillsborough Gardens near St. Joseph, built under Government’s Citizenship by Investment Programme.

Government aims to make these areas more modern and, according to the Prime Minister, intends “to build about 100 homes there in Hillsborough Gardens”.

Mr. Skerrit also added that as Government moves persons from the communities of St. Joseph, Layou and Mero, its intention “is to redevelop these existing communities into what we’re doing in Hillsborough Gardens”.

The Prime Minister’s ultimate aim is to make these coastal communities “aesthetically more appealing” and inviting for commercial investors.
