Senior Council Astaphan Says Dominica Reports Highest Reduction Of Poverty In OECS
Senior council Anthony Astaphan says despite several hardships faced by the small island, Dominica can boast of the highest reduction of poverty rates within the OECS Region.
He believes the standard of living among a large portion of the island’s population has been increased through the government’s generosity.
