Senior Council Astaphan Has No Confidence In UWP Ability To Lead Dominica

Senior council Anthony Astaphan says he does not believe there is anyone within the current United Workers Party administration fit to lead Dominica.

This, as rumors continue to circulate over a possible change in the Party’s leadership.

According to Astaphan the legacy of the UWP thus far has left much to be desired.
