Republic Bank releases statement by country manager on conversion to Republic Bank platform

The Republic Bank Eastern Caribbean has issued a word of appreciation to their customers and has reassured them of the successful transfer of balances to their new Republic Bank accounts.

In a press release Monday, The Bank advised customers that all recently collected debit cards have been activated and are now able to be used at all ABMs Island-wide.

“We have been providing information through radio, press, our website, direct email and social media messages, however, we recognize that with the current pandemic and so much being pushed through electronic media, that some messages may have been missed.” The statement reads

Republic Banks says they are therefore committed to increasing their channels of communication so that more information can be available to customers as they are encouraged to be on the lookout for updates.
