President Of The Caribbean Development Bank Defends CDBs Efforts In Assisting Dominica And The Rest Of The Region

President of Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), Dr. Gene Leon is defending the CDB’s efforts with their assistance to the region.

He admits that the CDB has not been as responsive as many would like, however this does not represent the organization’s capacity to do better.

Dr. Leon further states, the CDB must be more mindful of the region as the organization is meant to serve and change the lives of those in their reach.
