Preliminary Designs for Works on the East Coast Roads Have been presented to the Government of Dominica.
At a presentation ceremony on Wednesday, Dominica’s Minster for the Environment, Climate Resilience, Disaster Management and Urban Renewal, Joseph Isaac, noted that the project started months ago and was hindered by tropical storm Erica and then Hurricane Maria.
He said that this project is in line with national priority of the government.
The minister says that several factors must also be taken into consideration when continuing works on the project.

He said that several factors were taken in to consideration when creating the preliminary designs.
