Portsmouth Carnival Committee Brings Jump up Back to ‘Possie’

Portsmouth Carnival Committee is bringing “jump up” back to the streets of Portsmouth with the return of the Portsmouth Town Parade Carnival which starts at 2 PM this Saturday, January 21st in Portsmouth. Entertainment will be brought by Signal Band.

President of the Northern Entertainment Committee Bertillia Bartley Peters says the parade will feature several local bands and carnival groups to create a festive carnival experience.
