Ms Dominica 2020 contestant Primrose David launched

The Dominica Festivals Committee has launched Ms Dominica 2020 contestant, Primrose David in Mahaut on Sunday.

David, who is from Massacre told the launch ceremony she plans to be a cultural advocate through her platform, ‘Culture as a pathway to community development.’
