Montreal Management Consultants will develop modern affordable housing

The Government of Dominica in collaboration will Montreal Management Consultants will develop modern affordable housing to residents of Roseau and Picard. 

This project serves as an expansion of the ongoing housing developments in Bellvue Chopin for the residents of Petite Savanne.

Project Manager of Montreal Management Consultants Chris Timmins said that these new housing developments will be able to withstand extreme climatic conditions.

Timmins was speaking at a press briefing at the Financial Centre TODAY, Monday.

Meantime, Timmins said that the Roseau housing complex will of greater difficulty to develop than that of Picard.

The projects are scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2018.
