The Ministry of Education will soon begin the process of revising the primary education curriculum under the OECS Program for Educational Advancement and Relevant Learning (OECS PEARL) project.
The four-year program seeks to advance progress towards the goals of the OECS Education Sector Strategy (OESS) through increased access and improved student learning in basic education.

Dominica along with three OECS Member States – Grenada, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines signed the Memorandum of Understanding to launch the OECS PEARL in September 2021.
