Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore says the National Budget to be presented to parliament this morning contains measures to benefit each citizen.

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit takes an over 900 million dollar budget to the parliament for approval to cover expenses over the next financial year.

Blackmoore highlighted the importance of the budget to reposition Dominica’s economy amid the stresses of COVID-19 on economic activity worldwide.
