Micro Farmers to benefit from World Bank funded project
Micro Farmers can this month access inputs under the Contingency Emergency Response Component of the World Bank funded Agriculture project.
Kervin Stephenson, Project Manager of the Dominica Emergency Agriculture and Livelihoods Climate Resilience Project says online registration for micro farmers begins this week.
The special facility will address the needs of farmers who were affected by Hurricane Maria but was unable to receive assistance due to the size of their holdings.
Stephenson says registrations under a Cash Transfer Programme for small, medium and large farmers reopened this week.
