KFC DOMINICA LAUNCHES HARVEST PROGRAM

Published

on

In keeping with our People Promise, on June 1, 2021, KFC Dominica officially launched our restaurant’s Harvest program. To make this program a reality locally, we have partnered with The Community Hostel Inc., also known as the Grotto Home for the Homeless! The first Harvest donation was delivered to Mr. Ainsworth Irish, President of The Grotto Home for the Homeless, on Tuesday June 8, 2021.  KFC’s Harvest program is a global initiative developed over 20 years ago to fight world hunger, starting in the communities we serve. Through Harvest, restaurants donate prepared wholesome food to local charities allowing them to feed the less fortunate in our communities. Globally, KFC and other Yum Franchise restaurants donate to over 3,000 non-profit organizations, serving over 10 million meals of surplus food to those in need annually.

With the introduction of Harvest, KFC Dominica remains committed to MAKING A
DIFFERENCE within our community.
