Jolly’s Pharmacy is stepping up to the plate in helping raise awareness on non-communicable disease on island.
This, as the institution gears up to host its National 5K Wellness Run on Saturday 25th March.
Head of Sales, Public Health, and Public Relations at Jolly’s Pharmacy, Carlton Lanquedoc, says the event is aimed at raising awareness, and funds, to help those afflicted with various ailments.
Saturday’s wellness run will focus on three specific health concerns.
Those participating to raise awareness on strokes are asked to wear red, while those running for Lupus should wear purple, and individuals participating to help fight kidney failure are required to wear orange.
