Investigations commenced into the death of Alexis Joseph

Public Relations Officer of the Dominica Police Force Pelham Jno-Baptiste said that investigations have commenced into the death of Alexis Joseph, 51 of the Kalinago Territory. 

Joseph was found on February 12, 2018 in a river in Pond Casse.
