I was home in October after a long time but the things I observed was:
#1) customer service in Dominica sucks
#2)The bus drivers are horrible they have no manners
#3)Crossing any street in Roseau is very dangerous drivers in Dominica
    are very rude.
#4) Going to any Government office in Dominica is a chore you get to the department you need you greet the person at the front desk and that person never respond or even lift there head to asked you if they can help you. There should be mandatory training for Taxi drivers,Bus drivers People who work at in retail and most all Government offices.
