Homeowners Workshop – Rebuilding and Reconstruction

Home owners in Dominica will have an opportunity on Thursday this week to know more about their buildings and how to rebuild and supervise the reconstruction of their houses so as not to repeat the same mistakes.

Architect Severin McKenzie in partnership with Dragon Windows and M & J Roofing in Portsmouth will host the sessions at the Garraway Hotel in Roseau on Thursday afternoon.

In 2017 Hurricane Maria devastated the island dealing a severe blow the construction industry ripping of roofs from 90 percent of buildings here.

Mr McKenzie says this is his way of giving back to the people of Dominica.
