Government To Commission Wills Strathmore Primary School With Pomp And Flare On Friday

Minister of state in the Ministry of Blue and Green Economy, Agriculture and National Food Security and care taker for the Marigot constituency under the DLP administration Gregory Rivière says Friday will be a great day for the people of Dominica specifically the people for Marigot as the Wills Strathmore Stevens School will be commissioned in Marigot on Friday morning.

Minister Rivière is calling on Dominicans to be thankful and show appreciation to the current administration for its hard work, dedication and commitment to the people of Dominica particularly in the area of education.

Rivière says while many countries in the world were negatively affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, Dominica was able to pull through successfully.

He says it’s a tremendous achievement of the government to be able to commission three schools in one week given the trying times.

Rivière says within the last 2 and a half years the Marigot constituency can boast of several achievements under the Citizenship by Investment program.
