Government Launches Virtual Digital Transformation Series 2022
The Government of Dominica, through the Ministry of Public Works and the Digital Economy – Caribbean Digital Transformation Project (CARDTP), will host an event dubbed the Virtual Digital Transformation Series 2022 beginning tomorrow Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 9 a.m.
The Virtual Digital Transformation Series 2022 was created to raise awareness of the innovative approaches possible and necessary for the effective application of Information and Communication Technology. The series aims to ensure that everyone is kept up to date on the latest technologies being used to automate and simplify doing business in Dominica.

The Caribbean Digital Transformation Project, funded by the World Bank, aims to enhance the use of technology in the public sector as well as the private sector to conduct business transactions, build a robust and resilient IT infrastructure, and to develop modern platforms to facilitate and enhance these business transactions. The development objectives are to contribute to increased access to digital connectivity, digital public services and the creation of technology enabled businesses and jobs in Dominica.
