Former Minister Kelver Darroux praises PM Skerrit for his handling of COVID19 pandemic

Former Minister and Parliamentary Representative for the St. Joseph Constituency Kelver Darroux has heaped praise on Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit for his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
