Former Attorney General and former Minister for Foreign Affairs, Francine Baron, has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Climate Resilience Executing Agency of Dominica (CREAD), according to reports.
According to the Dominica News Online, Baron takes over from Dr. Pepukaye “Pep” Bardouille who resigned from the post in July.
(DNO) says Baron is expected to serve in an interim capacity until a new CEO is found.
In January the Agency’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Colin Scaife and Dr. Bardouile announced they would leave their posts.
Established in 2018, CREAD is charged with assisting Government to achieve its climate resilience vision.
