“No reform! No election!” These are the words of Former leader of the opposition United Workers Party Lennox Linton.
Following the announcement of snap general elections earlier this month, Opposition parties decided to boycott the December 6 general election in protest for electoral reform.
Speaking at a rally last week the former leader noted the opposition will not participate in what they consider as an illegitimate general election.
He says however, the opposition will demand a new election in 2024 following the promised electoral reform process.
