Flow Dominica has enhanced its LTE broadband service for customers who are unable to access the company’s fiber network.
In a press release to announce the upgrade of the broadband system, Flow said broadband internet connection was introduced to Dominica in 2019 to meet demands for connection after Hurricane Maria in 2017.
As of July 9th, Flow broadband customers have been migrated to an enhanced LTE Broadband service, which allows them to be connected throughout the month without losing connectivity.
FLOW said that it has implemented a daily fair usage policy that will ensure customers receive the best quality internet service.
Commercial Manager of Flow Dominica Lorraine Mitchell said the company understands the country’s heavy reliance on internet services at this time, and reaffirmed their commitment to providing connections and support.
She said Flow is moving with haste to meet internet demands here.
Flow will provide customers with more information on the new service via the company’s radio programmes.
