Fire chief Josiah Dupuis says that it has been a challenging year amidst the pandemic for his frontline workers, facing capacity constraints.
Dupuis says that despite a very challenging year, he is pleased with the work the firemen has done throughout the year. Even when affected directly by the pandemic, they would follow their own protocol as well as the protocol given by the ministry of health.
