Environment Minister tells COP 26 that Dominica is running out of time in reversing destructive environmental Practices.
Environment Minister Cozier Frederick has told a high-level meeting of global world leaders and policymakers at Glasgow that Dominica is running out of time at reversing destructive environmental practices.
Frederick addressed the COP 26 event today at Glasgow Scotland.
He called for developed countries to assist small island developing states to achieve their sustainable goals. Frederick has lamented that small islands get less than 2 percent of climate finance.
Frederick has appealed to the developed world to help Dominica achieve its goal of becoming the first climate-resilient nation.
