DYBT Coordinator Assures They Play A Critical Role In The Success Of Clients
Coordinator of the Dominica Youth Business Trust, Phillip Rolle assures the DYBT mentorship program continues to play a critical role in the success of clients and their enterprises. Rolle spoke at the 17th DYBT Graduation ceremony where he emphasized the accomplishments of the organization.
He made the observation that over the years, entrepreneurs paired with mentors are more successful.
Rolle went on to highlight the social entrepreneurship incubator program, which launched in June 2021 where He recognized Christiana Paul, co-founder of We Planet, who went on to later win the OECS island ideas challenge.
Rolle also noted the DYBT’s youth-inspiring initiatives, such as the various youth competitions.
