Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme has come in for high praise

Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme has come in for high praise from Portsmouth MP Ian Douglas.

Mr. Douglas addressed the commissioning of the Olivia Douglas Health and Wellness Center in Georgetown Portsmouth this week.

He highlighted a number of advances in the northern town, many funded under the CBI programme.
