Dominican Youth Offered Opportunity To Improve Writing Skills In Performance Arts In Virtual Workshop.
From May 25th to June 16th, 2022, young Dominican spoken-word artists and poets will have the opportunity to improve their writing style and performance technique through a Performing Arts Virtual Workshop facilitated by well-known Dominican spoken-word artiste and performer Delmance “Ras Mo” Moses.
The performing arts workshop is primarily aimed at engaging young people aged 30 and under who are poets and song writers to help create and produce content to give expression and voice to environmental issues and ways to address the challenges of the climate crisis in our country, region, and globally.
Executive Director, Sobers Esprit says the Performing Arts Virtual Workshop is part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness about environmental concerns and climate disaster.
