Dominica to begin participation in CARICOM bubble this week
Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says Dominica will this week see CARICOM nationals enter the island under the conditions of the CARICOM Bubble.
This Travel Bubble allows citizens from low- risk CARICOM countries to travel to participating countries without needing to present COVID-19 tests and certificates upon entry.
Mr. Skerrit said while Dominica has agreed to be part of the Bubble, CARICOM nationals will be subject to border protocol on their entry to Dominica.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister has stressed that all perpetrators, including Dominicans, who are apprehended while trying to enter Dominica illegally, will face justice.
