Dominica is open for business, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit announced on Saturday.
In an address to the nation, Mr. Skerrit said despite the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, most businesses closed over the past three weeks will be allowed to reopen.
Mr. Skerrit warned, however, that Dominica could not afford a major wave of the virus.
Mr. Skerrit advised citizens to apply simple, old common sense to fight the virus and return the island to a position of normality.
