The Cultural Division will officially launch the Dominica Festival of Arts (DOMFESTA) 2018 at the Old Mill Curtail Centre on Wednesday April 11th where a series of activities to mark the occasion will be presented to the general public from 10 am
Chief Cultural Officer Raymond Lawrence says a Community Concert at Point Mitchel will form part of activities marking DOMFESTA 2018 to help rebuild community spirit and give strength to the people.
Representatives from the Dominica Lotteries commission, the Point Mitch Community and cultural groups will also be in attendance
