DAEC President Randy Rodney – Dominica’s Personal Resilience
President of the Dominica association of Evangelical church Randy Rodney says resilience cannot be properly addressed without consideration be given to a proper articulated vision which must include the entire population and the harnessing of all human resource capital
He made the comment at the National Consultation for reconstruction of Dominica as the first resilient country in the world last week.
The DAEC has presented to government proposals it believes will create new godly success in rebuilding Dominica.
