Government is expected to present a close to 1 billion dollar national budget for the 2021-2022 fiscal year .
About half of that amount will go to the public sector investment program.
Prime minister and Minister for Finance, Roosevelt Skerrit is expected to deliver the 2021-2022 budget address to Parliament Wednesday July 28.
