Bishop Malzaire Charges Local Priests To Hold Vocation Sacred
Bishop Gabriel Malzaire has charged local priests with the task of holding their vocation sacred. During his Chrism Mass sermon, He states being anointed means being set apart; not for one’s own sake but for service.
Bishop Malzaire emphasizes, we are all equal because we are all meant to serve God.
He went on to clarify, vocation is about being anointed with gifts to employ in order to accomplish God’s purpose.
Bishop Malzaire further stated, with Easter fast approaching it is expected that all come to understand the clergy’s role in Jesus Christ’s priesthood even more thoroughly.
