DLP hopeful for the Petite Savanne constituency has outlined his plans for the area.
Former Acting Chief Fisheries Officer, now the DLP candidate for the Petite Savanne Constituency, made his inaugural speech in the constituency over the weekend.
Julian Defoe, who will replace outgoing Member of Parliament Dr. Kenneth Darroux, told a DLP rally in Bellvue Chopin on Saturday his plans for the area include greater investments in fishing and agriculture.
Originally from Fond St. Jean, and a public officer for over 22 years, Defoe went on to say housing ranks very high on his agenda.
The next DLP rally to launch a new candidate will take place this evening from 7:30pm in Colihaut.
