At least six airlines have expressed interest in replacing LIAT
At least six replacement airlines have already expressed interest in filling the void left by LIAT.
That’s according to Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley, who handed over the chairmanship of CARICOM to St. Vincent Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves on Friday.
Mottley said the interested parties were already operating in the region and would provide travelers with safe, affordable and reliable transportation throughout the Eastern Caribbean “within the next few weeks”.
