Anthony LeBlance – Concerns On Collaboration With The Public Sector

President of the Builders and Contractors Association of Dominica, Anthony LeBlanc has expressed concern that the association is still not able to forge collaboration with the public sector for the construction of public housing.

He said that there has been a greater market for construction services since the passage of Hurricane Maria but they were not benefiting.

Leblanc said that the association is also concerned that housing contractors will disappear due to the lack of inclusion in housing programmes in Dominica.

LeBlanc said that building a resilient nation is impossible without the involvement of locals.
