Aid Bank – Funds for farmers

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has given further clarity to the issue of funds for farmers here through the Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank the AID Bank.

Government had promised the farmer financial assistance through grant funding to help with revamping or rehabilitating their farms following Hurricane Maria, however there were some setbacks with the application process.

Mr. Skerrit announced Wednesday that the process has been finalized and the agreement will be singed for disbursement to farmers
