90-Million-Dollar Water Project To Begin By Mid-2022
As Dominica observes world water day, Minister for Public works Cassani Laville says government plans to begin works on a $90 million water project by mid-2022.
The public works minister says design works have been completed and urges Dominicans to utilize conservation practices as government seeks to build a more robust water network on the island.
He says this forms part of government’s road to resilience through the implementation of the water sector’s strategic development plan where water systems across the island will be significantly enhanced.
