Meantime, Senior council Anthony Astaphan has expressed disappointment in the circumstances surrounding the recent surge in Covid-19 in Dominica.
Speaking on the Next Level Show recently, Astaphan says he believes that the group who held the activity which began the cluster of cases should apologise to the nation.
